My experience with Precision Oral Surgery has been beyond excellent from the minute I walked in. The office is very clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. They have the latest technology. I loved the digital impressions. Dr Burnham and the entire team were very kind and caring. They worked up a detailed case report and took care of submitting the treatment plan estimate to my insurance company. Six days ago, I had a tooth removed, two implants, and a bone graft. I chose to sleep through the procedure. The nurse who inserted my IV was so gentle, I didn’t feel a thing. Dr Burnham, my oral surgeon, worked his magic and the surgery was a huge success. I am now six days out from surgery, and I have had absolutely no pain at all. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Dr Burnham called to check on me the evening of the surgery. He told me I could call at any time if I had a problem. I also received flowers. I would like to thank Dr Burnham and Precision Oral Surgery for taking such good care of me.
This is as good as a dental experience can be. I had an implant and the staff was very accommodating. The procedure was not long and the doctor called later in the day to make sure I was doing okay. What was incredibly remarkable is after following the doctor's instructions, I had almost no swelling and/or pain the next day. My best advice for this type of procedure is to relax and let the doctor and staff do their job. They were all wonderful. I even was rewarded with not 1 but 2 ice creams following the procedure. I would highly recommend Precision Oral Surgery for the best dental experience.
Was very nervous about getting a major procedure done, but Dr. Ballenger and his team were fantastic. Excellent post operation instructions Dr Ballenger personally gave me a call to check in on me afterwards, which meant a great deal. I had a couple of questions and his staff were quick to respond - Carli was particularly very helpful and empathetic. I would highly recommend anyone with serious work that is nervous about the process to consider Precision.
I cannot tell you what an amazing experience I had for an implant. My general dentist started an extraction to begin the implant process and couldn’t finish. She called Precision Oral and they got me in for an emergency extraction same day. The staff and surgeons are incredible, professional and compassionate. I am so happy this ended up being how my treatment went! I really wanted to avoid a surgeon because I thought it would be more costly and I would have to take more time off- but this was such a better outcome than I ever imagined. I am forever grateful!!
Dr. Blake Ballenger and his team are excellent! As a general dentist, referring a patient to an oral surgeon is something I take very seriously. Dr. Ballenger is one of the few specialists I trust completely with my patients. He is incredibly thorough in his evaluations, takes the time to explain treatment clearly, and his hand skills are unparalleled. Beyond his clinical skill, what stands out most is how much he truly cares. He treats every patient with respect, compassion, and consistently follows through with detailed communication. We are truly lucky to have him as a trusted surgical partner!
