When my daughter needed some serious dental work done we had been referred to multiple dentist, but some were crazy expensive and a couple made my 15 year old daughter cry with how aggressive they were. Dr. Nielson Was Heaven sent!! He talked to my daughter like she was a person instead of just talking to me. He was so kind, so understanding, and he did everything he could to work things out with us. He helped us make a whole plan going forward on how to attack her dental issue that would be best for her health while also making sure it wouldn’t hurt us financially. Dr. Nielson is generally such an amazing person that even my husband and I changed from our dental place to premier dental so we could work with him. Honestly, the entire staff is absolutely amazing. If I go in for one of my check ups, they asked me how my daughter is doing, as they have witnessed her grow up over these last couple years. They truly make you feel like family here. I recommend them to everyone.
I will be recommending Dr. Barnett to everyone I know in the Springs! I was looking for a second opinion and I truly feel I've come to the right place. Everyone in this office was incredibly wonderful from the moment I walked in to the time I left. Brittany was amazing with my x-rays, and Mark was 10000% the best hygienist who's ever been in my mouth, he explained everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable during something that's usually not so fun. As someone who FEARS the dentist, Dr. Barnett had such a gentle touch and was so kind throughout the whole experience. I won't necessarily say I'm looking forward to coming back.. because it's the dentist.. but I absolutely won't be dreading it as much as usual! 1000/10 stars
Mark my hygienist was amazing, I have a lot of dental anxiety and he was patient with me and walked me through the entire process. I saw Dr. Barnett and she was so sweet. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood the treatment I was needing. All around great experience! The entire front and clinical staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative. 10/10 recommend this practice!
I'm truly impressed with the level of care I received at Premier Dental. I called Thursday experiencing tooth pain, from the moment the phone was answered by David I knew I made the right decision, he was extremely polite and showed real concern about my situation, even taking the time to try and squeeze me in same day.. unfortunately it took till the following day, but I felt like he generally cared about the state I was in. When I arrived for my appointment the office jumped into action, every person I interacted with from the moment I walked in the door made me feel like I was an important client they have been taking care of for years. Dr. Barnett was on top of the situation explained all my options and made me feel that she truly cared about me. After making my decision she got me into oral surgery with Dr. Chang within the hour. Dr. Chang and the oral surgery team were fantastic and professional and it couldn't have gone any smoother for such a difficult situation. Thank you to every person at Premier Dental Care, you have earned my gratitude and a customer for life.
I haven't been to the dentist for many years. The staff was kind and very friendly. They explained everything so that l could understand it. I would highly recommend them!!! I still have some procedures left to do and I know I'll be good hands.
