I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The front desk team made check-in seamless. Both the Dentist and the Dental Hygienist were extremely thorough during my exam. They explained everything clearly, walked me through what they were seeing, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciated how detailed and transparent they were when reviewing my treatment plan. They took the time to outline next steps, discuss options, and ensure I fully understood the recommendations. It’s clear that this team truly cares about their patients and takes pride in providing high-quality care. I left feeling confident, informed, and very well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience! Thank you so much to Dr. Chris & his staff, and Mel & Jessica. Everyone has been so kind & helped me overcome my anxiety. Staff is very patient in answering all my questions. It really was a pain free experience. I'm receiving dental implants & crowns, so I'm still a work in progress; but the results so far are exciting. I highly recommend Premiere Dental!
I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Premier Dental in Jackson near Union University. I visited today for a right-side periodontal cleaning, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I suffer from severe back pain, which can make sitting reclined in a dental chair particularly difficult. My hygienist, Bree, and her assistant were exceptionally understanding, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire procedure. They went above and beyond to ensure I was as comfortable as possible and treated me with genuine compassion and professionalism. Their attentiveness and level of care truly made a difference in my experience. I highly recommend scheduling your next dental appointment with Premier Dental — you will be in excellent hands.
I went in with a very painful toothache and they fit me in the same day. I only waited about 10 minutes. The assistants were friendly and explained everything clearly. Dr. Chris was excellent, kind, professional, and easy to understand. The front desk was welcoming and upfront about costs, which made the visit smooth and stress free. I will definitely recommend this office to family and friends. The only small downside is the tight parking lot, but they were very busy, which says a lot about their care.
I decided to change Dentist after years of using the same one. I choose Premier Dental due to the fact I need dental care that only they provide. I was so impressed on my first visit. Staff is wonderful and knowledgeable in every way. Clinic is spotless new and inviting. Modern equipment from X-ray to everything. Most importantly they care about you and made me comfortable. Best decision I’ve made lately!
