They are rude and condocending. That was annoying me but I stayed because it is a hassle to change dentist but this time when I showed to to my appointment (which took 6 months to schedule) they were closed and none called me to tell my appointment was cancelled. I won't be back.
This has got to be the best experience I’ve ever had with a dental office. I needed a root canal, they fit me in the next day. I had such high anxiety about getting the work done and Dr. Bush was excellent and set me at ease. Normally I need gas or sedation and didn’t need either. He did excellent work and I will have the rest of my dental work done here as well.
I avoided going to the dentist for 6 years due to severe dental anxiety. Time came and I broke a part of my tooth off due to a severe cavity so I called here and they had me scheduled in such a timely manner. They gave me a cleaning and the dentist explained he could save my tooth with a root canal which was such a shock because I thought they would have to pull it! The day of my root canal my hygienist could tell I was nervous and was so comforting and kind. She explained everything in full detail and made sure I could speak up if I was uncomfortable. Chad was my dentist and he was also so kind and patient with me. They both made sure I was comfortable for the whole experience. The best part is I didn’t feel anything during the whole process, not even the needle they numb you with. I can’t recommend this dentist enough! They truly take care of you
We took our 2yr old son there after he fell & his front tooth went clear into the gum. Everyone was very nice & thoughtful. The waiting area is comfortable, the whole office is very clean. We seen Erica Bailey & she was great! I would recommend going to them. Thanks for a great time 1st dentist appointment for our son. (:
I absolutely recommend this office. I was looking for a really great dentist for my kids and I found them in the first try! Everyone at the office is really friendly and professional which is refreshing. All of my three boys felt super comfortable with Dr. Bailey and she's really great with them. My 5 yr old had to have a cavity filled yesterday and he felt so safe and at ease he never got upset once. I was so impressed with how he was treated. They also fell in love with Sarah when she cleaned their teeth as well! The office is really easy to find, clean and cozy . Scheduling is a breeze as well; the receptionist is helpful and accommodating. We've been here twice now, and will continue to go here for all our dental needs!
