Great experience. The office was spotless and organized, the front desk checked me in quick and friendly, Alexis (assistant) was spectacular she explained everything thoroughly, Dr Patel was engaging, informative and so personable. Couldn’t have had a better visit. I recommended to my in-laws the next day as they are new in town as well.

I was able to be seen last minute and when I say I was happy to get in and be seen by the team I mean wow!! It was actually a great visit! I forgot about my pain as everyone was so happy and just enjoying what they do. I love a good work environment and I could see that there was definitely good vibes there! My referral that I had to go to after did such a great job that it just made me appreciate a good experience like this! Thank yall truly! 🙌🏽❤️‍🔥🙌🏽

The dental visit was a truly comforting experience, thanks to the friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable staff who guided me through the process of setting up my appointment, taking x-rays, and conducting the examination. Leaving there, I not only had a great smile but also felt sincerely cared for and confident in the care I received. If you’re looking for a new place to trust with your dental needs, this is undoubtedly the right one.

I can honestly say the front desk team and the dental assistant were very nice, but Dr. Patel was not. I visited for a referral, which she provided because I need two teeth removed. When I asked what I should do until my appointment for the pain, she was unhelpful and lacked empathy. I called to request a prescription for 800mg of ibuprofen and Tylenol 3, which I have been taking for pain, and she essentially told someone else to advise me to use over-the-counter medication. First, only the pharmacy seems to have 800mg ibuprofen and Tylenol 3; I assumed only a doctor could prescribe these. She never got on the phone or provided clear guidance. It’s my responsibility that I didn’t have the teeth removed earlier, but that does not justify her refusal to prescribe the medication I need for pain relief. Hopefully, no one else experiences this with her. So I will just take my insurance somewhere else.

Everyone was really nice and easy to talk to. I was there for a dental emergency, they did not have any openings for the procedure I needed but promised they would call if anything opened up. A couple hours later, they called with an opening and got me right in. It was quick and I was home within an hour!
