I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed under general anesthesia, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at Premier Oral Surgery. The procedure went smoothly, the recovery has been comfortable, and everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism. Dr. Kim is truly exceptional — skilled, attentive, and very reassuring throughout the whole process. I am extremely grateful for his expertise and care. The entire staff was wonderful as well. Last week, I had my impacted wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Steven Nguyen and his team at Premier Oral Surgery and Implantology. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Ashley, who answered the phone, was very patient, answered all my questions, and helped me schedule the appointment with ease. During the consultation, Dr. Nguyen was both patient and empathetic. He took the time to carefully address all my concerns and made sure I fully understood the procedure. This was very important to me because I had a negative experience with a previous dentist who simply quoted me the cost of the procedure, insisted I undergo IV sedation, and walked out of the room without any explanation. That left me feeling dismissed and humiliated. I am the kind of person who needs all my questions answered before I feel comfortable moving forward with treatment, and Dr. Nguyen’s empathy and understanding gave me confidence that I was in good hands. The extraction itself was painless. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Nguyen kept me informed, gave me updates on the progress, and even carried on conversations to keep me distracted. The surgery was completed quickly and smoothly. I cannot recommend Dr. Nguyen and his team enough.
Couldn’t have had a better experience getting my bottom 2 wisdom teeth removed at POSI. They made sure I had all the information I needed to take care of myself when leaving the office and the procedure itself was smooth and quick. A friend of mine recommended their office to me, and I would definitely recommend it to any friend of mine too.
I was anxious as I approached the office. Lots of unknowns. But....Dr Kim and his staff quickly put me at ease. Dr Kim exuded competence and was highly personable. He took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and explain procedures and options. I felt very confident in Dr Kim's care.
Just had all my wisdom teeth taken out with 2 coronectomies under general anesthesia. The procedure went great and had an easy post op recovery period!
