I was incredibly nervous about my referral to a periodontics. However, the team at Premier Periodontics & Implants Dentistry made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Their office is state-of-the-art, utilizing the latest technology which made my treatments much faster and more comfortable than I expected. My husband had a soft tissue graft, which healed beautifully. Dr. Hamal provided an exquisite care. She has a sweet and soft-spoken personality, which is wonderful for dealing with scared patients. I used to work for oral surgeons. I know a great dental doctor, when I see one. We are both so glad that we went to Dr. Hamal for this surgery!
My husband had an excellent experience with this periodontist. As a new patient, he needed an immediate appointment, and she went out of her way to accommodate him despite a very tight schedule. She was extremely thorough in explaining the procedure, took time to answer all his questions, and ensured he was comfortable throughout. Her expertise, precision, and attention to detail were evident at every step, and he never felt rushed. A special mention to Robert, who handled the calls and follow-ups. He was prompt, responsive, and consistently returned calls, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Dr Hamal and her staff are very friendly and caring. Solved my implant infection and grafted some additional bone growth. I am always thankful for the cleaning and feel like my teeth and gums are in good hands when I leave her office.
