My experience there was great. They were kind and welcoming. They got my dental implant claim and got me out as quickly as possible. I definitely recommend them and I will definitely be going back to them. Also if they had a reasonable prices which is a must now nowadays.

I went in with a toothache so bad that it was giving me an ear ache and headache. They were able to get me in early the next day. From the kind lady at the desk, to the end of my appointment, I was provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. The dental assistant (I didn’t get her name sadly) was the nicest assistant I’ve EVER had. She even showed me her own X-ray to relate to the 3 piercings in my nose which she also has! Gave me a good laugh! As the dentist smoothed my teeth out, she stood there, held her hand on my shoulder and handed me tissues as tears were rolling down my face. The dentist, Dr Herbert I believe, tried to be as gentle as possible because I was in so much pain. He smoothed my tooth out due to a crack from grinding my own teeth in my sleep and ensured my follow up in 2 weeks will be free. They did not try to upsell me even though I’ll likely need a crown. He wanted to try anything possible before telling me I need more work done. I was not charged extra ($69 for first visit) even though more work than I was expecting was performed. I would HIGHLY recommend this dentist office. Rated 5 stars because that’s the cap and I can’t give them a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much Prescott Dental Arts. I will be returning from here on out!

I had some repair work done on a broken onlay and a new filling by Dr Herbert. I liked him very much. The tech Kory that did my annual cleaning was very good also. I will be going back to them regularly and highly recommend them. Update Jan '26: I had Dr Herbert do a Cerec crown and am very happy with his work. I've seen him 3 times now and he's my guy. And his whole staff are great.

I'm a new patient of Dr. Herbert. On my first visit, I was taken by surprise at how many new issues he found. Not more than a year before, my teeth had been in good shape. In an attempt to identify possible causes of all of the new cavities, he went down the list; sugary drinks, coffee, sweets. I answered no to all but coffee. Lastly, he mentioned acid reflux. I said no to that as well, but at home, I began reading up on in. Over the next couple of days I figured out that I had been unknowingly suffering from Laryngopharyngeal reflux(LPR). This explained my random coughing fits, constant throat clearing and irritation. I hadn't considered acid reflux as a cause for my coughing because i had never experienced chest pains. It turned out that the cause for my LPR was from prolonged stress. Over the past year i had been experiencing a heightened amount of external stresses, which looking back, matched up with when the coughing started. The acid was coming up into my throat causing my cough and eroding my enamel. Since learning what was happening, I have started practicing different techniques to de-stress my life along home remedies (baking soda mist), which have helped greatly. I'm giving this detailed account because I think I've experienced this on different occasions over my lifetime and Dr. Herbert was the only person to ever bring this up. It's been a missing piece of the puzzle and it has enabled me to address not only my dental health but my general health as well.

Not enough stars to rate Prescott Dental Arts is exceptional. Dr Herbert is professional and trustworthy. I had damaged my front tooth and with Dr Herbert skills, my teeth look great. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great dentist office.
