I'm a Over the road Truck Driver and Sometimes it's Hard to find a Good Dentist that Treats you like Family. I would like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to ALL the employees at this facility. As us Truckers say,They are TOP SHELF!!! Meaning this is your ONE STOP SHOP👍👍👍 After having 2 Root Canals being Over 6yrs apart I've had NO PAIN on either one,Maybe 3 IBUPROFEN at first but Nothing after that.That is AWESOME & Hard to Believe. I had the best experience at this office. I had never been there before and was a little nervous going in for a root canal, but the entire team was kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The doctor explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The care and attention I received truly exceeded my expectations. I am so thankful I was referred to this office and would highly recommend them to anyone needing exceptional dental care.
I have never had a root canal done before and I'm terrified of needles. The entire office was amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and Dr. Innes made sure to explain everything he was doing in detail along with what my options were. He also was phenomenal at making sure I felt little to no discomfort while he was using the needles. I highly recommend them!
Autumn got me in asap for a root canal. Dr Innes was gentle and got the job done. His assistant Bertha kept me informed of what to expect. She was very proficient in attending to the doc. I highly recommend this office.
These people are great. They worked me in quickly and were very friendly and understanding of my needs. Dr. Oblad was quite professional and efficient. There was no significant discomfort at all. I would not hesitate to recommend Prescott Valley Endodontic for anyone needing a root canal.
