RECOMMEND!!!!! My experience at Prestige Dental & Laser Care has always been fantastic. I always feel as if I am deeply cared for. They take time to comfort me in my time of need, never ever making me feel uncomfortable. Time is taken to explain the procedure making sure I understand both before and during step by step. I would recommend Prestige Dental & Laser Care to anyone who is in need of dental care. Genuine, Amazing, Excellent service is provided!!
My wife and I are snowbirds and we have Going to prestige for the last two years for our six months cleanings and we were always impressed by Doctor Tabbita and her staff. All of her equipment seems fairly new and state of the anrt and Dr. Tabbita has a wonderful bedside manner with her patients. This time I had a tooth emergency and she was able to see me the next day and give me a good diagnosis and referral to a trusted periodontist who she recommended. I was most grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone interested is a quality dental practice
I love this dental practice! The dentist is amazing and very caring. The hygienists have also been amazing. The front desk is always informative and does their best to work around your schedule. When they offer the waitlist, don’t hesitate, they WILL call you if a sooner appointment becomes available.
I have been at this dentist office for over a year now and the level of disrespect I have received throughout my process has become overwhelming at this point. This morning 12/11, I received a call regarding confirmation of an appointment. I am at work so it was hard to hear the front desk clerk who is always rude, impatient, and doesn’t have the tools to speak with customers. I have had multiple occasions where she has been totally rude when I am trying to gain understanding what she is saying due to her accent. I love the dentist and the dental assistants. They are very loving and patient but because of how I am handled every time and there is nothing I can do or there hasn’t been any discipline on how she handles customers, I have no choice but to change dentist office. I can’t continue ignoring how I am treated. I have spoken to someone regarding this but nothing has been done. I can’t continue to spending money with a company who cares nothing about their patients feelings. Prestige dental itself is great but the receptionist taints the entire company. I’m not sure if it’s because I am African American or what but I have tried being courtesy even when I am mistreated. I am done.
Dr Tabitta has blessed hands and big heart. Her assistant Franccesca also was amazing and the front person Mrs Maria too. This place absolutely recommend . Thanks a lot for all your services 🙏
