I was referred to Dr. Pick by my dentist for a consultation regarding gum recession. When I arrived for the consultation I was greeted by his friendly staff and taken to an office without a dental chair. Dr. Pick promptly arrived and greeted me. He spent about 20 minutes to tell me about himself, his education, experience and gave me a very thorough overview of what they would be looking for to determine the course of treatment. After moving to the exam room him and his assistant took some pictures and x-rays. They explained that it is recommended that I have a gum graft done on 5 adjacent teeth; however, also pointed out two additional teeth that we should keep an eye on but didn’t want to rush into repairing those unnecessary. His staff then sat down with me to review payment options and also a 0% financing program. I made the decision to invest in repairing my gums now, rather than paying to replace teeth that fall out as a result of gum damage. Today I had my surgery with Dr Pick. WOW! It was a long procedure but the team was amazing throughout. They constantly checked on my comfort level throughout the hour-long procedure and explained the process as they moved through the procedure. I would recommend Dr Pick to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced periodontist with a great staff and “chair side manner.” Thank you to everyone at Progressive Periodontics for making my experience such a positive one.
Dr. Pick and his team at are exceptional! I felt welcomed and at ease. Their professionalism and expertise are truly unmatched. Dr. Pick thoroughly explained every single step of the procedure (gum graft) and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The quality of care was outstanding. Vanessa, who is the hygienist is very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. The whole team goes an extra mile to ensure a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Pick and his team.
