This place is so welcoming and professional. The doctor was awesome and easy to speak to and made me feel like I was in good hands. The front desk lady Christy is an amazing person with such a kind heart and welcoming manner. She spoke with me and made the whole process easy and stress free. I was referred to Dr. Hossieni by my dentist for an extraction. His team were all amazing and kind, they made me feel very comfortable. From initial x-ray to the consult, and the extraction procedure to the care instructions, everything was explained to me and very transparent on costs and the procedures. It all went smoothly. All I have is good things to say! I would recommend to my friends and family, 100%! Thank you so much, Dr, assistant Pan, and the team!
ProSmile was amazing! My dad needed root canals, and Dr. Fix along with the dental assistant Cristal took incredible care of him. They were able to do the treatment the same day, which we really appreciated. Both Dr. Fix and Cristal were patient, gentle, and made sure my dad was comfortable the entire time. He left the office completely pain free and feeling so much better. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. We’re so grateful for their professionalism and kindness highly recommend ProSmile to anyone needing dental work!
Why you should choose "Pro Smile" for your Oral Surgery: from my first phone call with Christy, to being greeted by Natalie and the staff in the office, the friendliness caring, kindness, professional courtesy they possess made me feel I made the right choice to go there!! Dr. H., and the dental assistant were simply the best. Very informative, walked me thru each step of the proposed tooth extraction and implant. Absolutely explained the entire process well. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and reassuring, which helped calm any nerves I had going in. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt confident I was in great hands the entire time. I especially want to shout out Christi Hartsfield — she was incredible. Christi went above and beyond to explain everything, keep me comfortable, and support me throughout the process. Her energy, compassion, and attentiveness truly made a huge difference. She hyped me up, made me feel cared for, and is such an asset to the team.
