I went in after my dentist discovered a pericoronitis infection because of impacted wisdom teeth and he saw me for a surgical consult the same day with a surgical date 2 weeks out. When I went in and he saw the active infection, the pain I was in, he immediately scheduled me for surgery the next morning with him got me all the meds I needed. Surgery was quick and easy and he took care of me very well. The next day he called me to check on me ( on his personal time) and had an appt set up Monday to check on infection again. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s very down to business but his business is the best! Thank you so much!
My mother went here to have her tooth removed. Hearing about their experience led me to write this review. They stated that when they walked in, it felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. Dr. Pusimos told my step dad “he didn’t care” if my mom was in pain and needed more then one day off work to recover. He didn’t offer more than one day nor had any compassion, very cold and condescending. She has been having headaches and pain and it’s been over 48 hours and the time off given was for only 24 hours. Very disappointing to hear this type of treatment was provided and would not recommend this business.
Dr. Psimos is good at what he does, procedure was fast and recovery went well. They need to do better with creating a welcoming environment; they seem to rush through appointments and staff isn’t friendly.
I am 50 and finally decided to have my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Psimos. Everything about the experience was excellent, including the front desk lady that knows her stuff when it comes to insurance and what's covered. He even called me the next day to make sure I was doing ok and explained what to expect in the coming days and weeks. So appreciated!! I have never had a better IV placement than the one Dr. Psimos did, the staff is all pleasant and professional. I ended up having a lot of pain in my lower socket and he packed it twice for me which helped tremendously. Just all around an excellent experience! Highly recommend Dr. Psimos and all his staff!!
