I called with a dental problem and they were able to see me the next day. The staff was quick and thorough. They took care of my problem and sent me on my way in under an hour. I am very happy with their service.
First time visit today. I was very impressed with all the new and up to date technology and hardware/software this office utilizes. Lydia the hygienist is definitely a pro and knows her stuff. She went over with me all the X-rays, and 3d model color pictures and got to work getting all the plaque and calculus. I have two more appts coming up in the future for fillings and I can't wait to be back and get them. If you are ocd about your health than this place will definitely scratch your itch and let you know thoroughly everything that's going on and are very transparent.

I would just like to say my experience at Pure Smile was one of a kind, I made aware that I had a fear of the dentist, and they made me so comfortable, the Dental hygienist was amazing, reassured me, told me what she could in her scope of practice, I dont remember her name, she has brown hair and freckles, but was so good, there front staff amazing so nice and professional and the Dr Jo, amazing, so polite and you can tell he really cares, my experience here was top tier, hope to go back and take care of all my tooth issues .
The technology and overall pace of the appointment are top notch. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, from the Insurance Specialist Jenny, to Bekah at the reception and, of course, Brynn and doctor Meghan are also great. They check in with you at all times, make sure you're calm, happy and informed and the care is excellent.
