The dentists and staff went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable experience. The dentist himself even called to check on me! I am impressed with the technology - from their X-rays to their surgery suite. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
I usually hate going to the dentist but today it suddenly got so much easier!! I have chronic pain conditions that can make a lot of the dentist experiences really excruciating. And, as a child of the 90s, I've had my fair share of dismissive dentists. So, when I showed up for my recent cleaning, I was VERY ANXIOUS about the appointment. Emma at the front desk was so professional and patient with me. She made me feel heard and reassured. I showed up intense with anxiety and expressed my concerns and Emma and the front reception team took me seriously and put me at ease. Huyen was also incredibly educational and reassuring throughout her whole assessment. She took the time to really hear me when I explained my concerns and medical considerations. I felt so safe and sound the entire time. If you have migraines, TMJ, chronic pain, anxiety, or any horror stories from old dentist experiences I would definitely encourage you to try Q Dental. They have put me at ease enough that I may actually finally become compliant with bi-annual cleanings. Sincerest thanks to everyone at Q Dental for your care.
I had a really great experience with my dental cleaning and the first stage of my dental implant. The staff was extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. K. Jung was amazing and took the time to explain everything and make sure I was okay throughout the visit. I was a little nervous going in, but the whole process was much smoother than I expected. I’m very happy with my result and with my experience and definitely recommend Q Dental.
My wife and I began coming here about 10 years ago. We hated dentist offices. My wife needed a complete top denture plate and all the fun that comes with that. Dr Kelvin always made sure she was comfortable and that the whole process went as smooth as it possibly could for her. Now my whole family makes regular visits and i recommend Q Dental to anyone who asks if i know a good dentist. Dr. Kelvin and his team are the best. The staff are all very knowledgeable, attentive to the patients needs which is very important and not common, and all seem passionate about what they do and the people they care for. We appreciate Q Dental and always leave there with a smile! No pun intended!
Booking an appointment was super easy, and there wasn’t a long wait before I could get in. The office itself was very clean and the front desk staff was friendly. Both the hygienist and Dr had great bedside manner. They explained everything really well for me to feel comfortable with what they needed to do. I appreciate their level of care very much!
