Andy was excellent! Was calm and explained everything to me, which made me calmer! Very professional and knew my health history. Went over all the details! The communication withe the staff was very professional and prompt. Wish I could have met them in person! They were very kind and answered all my questions quickly too! Thank you to all employees of Quantum to make my anesthesia procedure very smoothly!
First, I was thrilled that someone named Jenny sorted out the scheduling and financial problems I had with the first person to contact us about making appointments etc for my surgery. Jenny treated me like her favorite grandmother and made the stress much less than it had been. And then we were very happy that Eric/Erik/Erick was so very attentive to me as I was prepared for my surgery. He had it easy for me to relax and have a successful 'nap'. I am three days post op and handling things fairly well.... thanks to Jenny and Eric/Erik/Erick.
We were very nervous for our 9 year old to receive anesthesia for a tooth pull, but after meeting the staff they reassured us all! Our anesthesiologist walked the three of us through each step of what to expect and made our son actually feel excited that he got to hold the mask himself which made him feel a little more in control. The gentle touch and compassion shown was so relieving as a mom that I know he was in good hands! I was a little frustrated that all payment had to be paid in full prior to surgery, but with the care my son received it is now long forgotten (and we received a partial refund the next day)!
Customer service, care coordination, communication and actual care were all provided with friendly and caring professionalism. I didn't have to worry about anything, apart from healing! Thanks to Leslie and the entire team for a great experience!
Quantum was great to work with for our daughter's oral surgery. Our anesthesiologist called the night before her procedure and ran through exactly what he planned to do, as well as potential routes based on the exact circumstances day-of. Our girly went under easily and woke up with no upset, and has been recovering great since.
