I went here for an Invisalign consultation and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The front desk made scheduling easy, and I was seen right on time. Dr. Mohammed and his assistant were thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. Look no further for a good dental practice! Quince Orchard Dental Care is a one-stop shop for all of my family’s dental care. There are multiple doctors and specialists on-site. My three kids, husband and I are extremely pleased with the services and experiences we’ve received. This is the first practice where we’ve felt they genuinely care for the patient’s dental health without us feeling the discomfort of upselling at every appointment or feeling like we are just a number. The doctors communicated the issues, provided their suggestions and were patient in further explaining and answering any questions we had. From the receptionists at the front to the dental assistants, dental hygienists and the doctors my family has received services from, they are always so friendly and has customer service in mind. The doctors my family had experiences with were: - Dr. Rouhanian (General Dentist): When I was told by another doctor that I needed to do a pretty big job on one of my molars, I felt that doctor was pretty aggressive with his suggestion. Dr Rouhanian was the first doctor who has ever advised me that I did not have to do anything I was not comfortable with. Dr. Rouhanian was more caring and sensitive to his patient and I so appreciated the methodical approach he suggested to fixing my tooth versus the aggressive route. - Dr. Farajian (Pediatric Dentist): She is so sweet and kind to the kids. I always get the vibe that she loves children and truly cares about their dental health and wellbeing. My four-year-old recently had six cavities filled and a tooth extraction done. Dr. Farajian and her staff did their best to make my son feel safe and comfortable before and during the procedures. - Dr. Abdulateef (Orthodontist): He explained the dental issues my daughter was experiencing and provided his suggestions to rectify the issues. He was patient and further explained when needed and answered my questions. I did not feel pressured to get the Invisalign or braces. He made it my choice. - Dr. Guerrero (Endodontist): He was calm, collected and took his time in explaining his opinion for the condition of my molar that needed some work. His demeanor and professional evaluation gave me the comfort to move forward with his suggestions. He was patient in answering any questions I had. This is a great family dental practice. I would not have spent this much time writing a detailed review if I was not so pleased with their service.
We have been going to Quince Orchard Dental as a family for about 3 years, and everyone has had positive experiences throughout. Both their general and pediatric practices are excellent. The kids always look forward to the coin they earn after their cleanings, which they use to receive a prize from a big gumball machine in the lobby. The office is clean, well staffed and the dentists and hygienists are all terrific.
I had a great experience here. The entire staff is incredibly professional, kind, and patient—they take the time to make sure you’re comfortable from start to finish. The office is spotless, modern, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that really helps ease any nerves about being at the dentist. The hygienists and dentist explain everything clearly and never make you feel rushed. Parking is plentiful and easy, which makes the whole visit even smoother. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients.
I have nothing but the highest praise for both the general and pediatric offices! I reached out for an appointment and the same day, I was scheduled alongside my daughter at the adjoining clinics to make my time more efficient, and appointments were available within the same week. The entire staff is patient, kind and accommodating with my exam and cleaning, and was given clear care instructions following a very extensive exam and cleaning. My child has been very afraid of the dentist from a different offices’ bad experience; she was hesitant but pediatrics engaged with her from her cleaning to her X-rays and exam. She loved the bouncy ball machine at the end! Thank you Quince Orchard, for providing a low stress and easy way to get the best dental care.
