My son was in pain over a week from his wisdom teeth even his own dentist couldn't work him in the week it started but once we did get in and they did x-rays and were told to contact a oral surgeon I called 4 with no luck of getting him in before may and that was just a consultant even though we knew the issue already but R. JONAS COLLINS OFFICE WAS ABLE TO SEE HIM AND REMOVED ALL 4 WISDOM TEETH THE VERY NEXT DAY! We are extremely thankful for them there was no waiting no consultant just understanding that A. This a a child and B. He was in pain. Upon arrival the staff were very nice and professional and everything went great. I would deff go back if I had to and refer others to him.

The dental assistants are not only friendly but also incredibly hardworking, ensuring everything is handled with great precision. Dr. Collins is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his work, making sure you feel confident throughout the entire process. Definitely a solid choice for anyone seeking expert results.
Terrible experience as a second time patient. Waited over two hours past my appointment time with no acknowledgement from the staff about extended wait time. I was able to clearly hear in great detail, the staff as they bad mouthed patients and the doctor as he carried on personal conversations while running two hours behind schedule. There is no transparency in the fees charged as there’s no good faith estimate provided prior to service. Terrible experience overall, after waiting over two hours while listening to a very unprofessional staff and doctor. I chose to seek care in another practice.
I am a truck driver who stays out on the road for long periods of time and ended up cracking a tooth. I had to deal with the pain for about 30 days before I was able to route myself home. I called Dr Collins office and asked them if they could do all the work in one visit (didn't have time for 2 or 3 appointments). They replied "yes" so I scheduled an appointment. Dr Collins did all the x-rays and the extraction in one visit. The procedure was painless, fast and done at a fair price. I choose to do a local but they offer nitrous oxide if you prefer. Dr Collins and his team were courteous and professional. Their equipment was top notch. I highly recommend Dr Collins and if I Crack another tooth, he will be my only choice.
I was experiencing extreme pain with one of my teeth and my regular dentist was unable to provide an explanation. This situation led me to seek a second opinion from Dr. Collins and his friendly staff quickly scheduled me an appointment. Dr. Collins discovered the source of my pain and immediately fixed the issue. I consider myself fortunate to have been treated by such a knowledgeable and personable doctor. I recommend this office without any hesitations.
