This is one of the best places!! The staff is outstanding! The Dentist herself Patel is also outstanding. Everyone is incredibly down to earth and make you feel very comfortable. From the Dentist to the hygenists. They breakdown cost with you and go over everything so there arent any surprises. I get lots of anxiety when I have to go to the Dentist and Radiant Smiles has changed that for me! I will always be a patient of this wonderful establishment!
First time visiting a dentist in a long time. The staff and dentist here treated me with respect and professionalism throughout my entire visit. They were able to come up with a treatment plan and they did an excellent job explaining it and answering any questions I had. I would also add that the office and examination room were both clean and well kept. I’d recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.
I seriously can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Patel and her team! I found this office about a month ago when I was in major pain, and they got me in the very next day; even did a root canal right then and there in office same day. When an infection spread and the pain came back full force, they didn’t just rush me through or dismiss my concerns. They took the time to really listen, bring me back in, and figure out exactly what was going on. The whole team is unbelievably kind, gentle, and patient. They explain everything clearly, make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way, and honestly go above and beyond for their patients. They even offer different options to help you relax during procedures, which is a total game-changer for anyone with dental anxiety like me. I’ve worked with Sue, Emily, and Dr. Patel so far, and every single one of them has been fantastic — caring, professional, and just genuinely good people. They’ve helped me so much, including working with me financially, and it’s clear they truly care about their patients. Huge thank you to Emily, Sue, Dr. Patel, and the whole team! You’ve made such a difference for me and made me feel seen, cared for, and valued — not just like another number with teeth. This is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to! 💛 Highly recommend!
Today was my 1st visit at Radiant Smiles and it will not be my last. The staff is AMAZING, pricing/services are reasonable, I was in and out with a clear understanding of what was next step for me. Big shout out to EMILY for being extra patient and understanding with me.
needed a lot of dental work done, and i’m so glad i picked radiant smiles! genuine people for one, and another they made sure to give me as much information about everything that i needed done and communicated every little detail and made sure i understood, even made sure i knew what should be priority, gave me reasoning why and then gave me every detail about what options i had . 10/10 experience, they genuinely care and they proved that in just my first visit. 100% recommend
