I had a wonderful experience at Randolph Oral Surgery Center when I brought my 10-year-old son in for a procedure. Dr. Dalal was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was welcoming, patient, and incredibly kind. They made my son feel comfortable right away and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Dr. Dalal explained everything clearly and talked to my son throughout the procedure, which really helped put him at ease. The rest of the staff was just as accommodating and friendly. The office itself is clean, modern, and very well run. We were seen right on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism we received and would absolutely recommend Randolph Oral Surgery Center, especially for families with children.
Scheduling was very easy and convenient. They got us in right away as a new patient to have an extraction in a child. Nurse and doctor were amazing. They were so compassionate and patient. Explained the whole process in depth. My child felt no pain and the process was over in a few minutes. Thank you so much for your professionalism and human human kindness. Thank you again
I had a very good experience at the Brick office. Dr. Dalal is the best of the best. I was referred by my dentist. He is really knowledgeable and professional. The staff is very calming and friendly.
Everyone was very kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable that I would be well taken care of. I'd like to add that it's so important to me the relationship with the staff in the front and those on the phone. They are wonderful. I appreciate them, there time and care. The nurses, techs and Dr. Dalal were terrific. They explained and showed me everything in detail. Dr Dalal was very kind and personable. He was also very particular making sure everything was how it needed to be.
The office staff was very pleasant . I only had a consultation for a procedure so I can't really say anything else as I am still trying to figure out what to do, but the doctor was very informative and nice, he discussed options on the procedure and what might be the better way to go with compassion.
