I am very scared to go to the dentist. Scared enough that most of my teeth had huge cavities and had to be pulled. I decided needed to bite the bullet and have all of my teeth extracted and get implants, I was terrified. Dr Olsen and team held my hand through the whole procedure. They explained everything that was going to happen. They sedated me quite a bit, which I was very thankful for. It took about 4 hours, and I don’t remember anything. It was amazing. I can’t say enough about how positive an experience I had. When I called the office for the first time, the front desk staff was so positive and upbeat that I knew immediately I would be in good hands. I had gone somewhere else to get an estimate for my procedure, and Dr Olsen was a third cheaper than the other place, but the quality was 100 times better. Every time you go in, they give you a rose to take home. It’s such a nice touch and I look forward to getting my rose! Thank you Dr Olsen and staff for changing my life and improving my self esteem. I now smile big with every smile, not at all self conscious of my teeth. I have had the most wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
Best place to get your dental needs taken care of. Everyone is very kind and friendly. Answered all of my questions and gave me the best path forward. Everyone is very knowledgeable. I’m pretty skeptical of health services but Red Cliffs dental made me feel cared for. I didn’t feel like another number or person they were trying to get out the door. They genuinely care.
Good experience. The staff are very professional happy and comforting. They helped me get in the same day with no insurance. I had two wisdom teeth pulled did not feel a thing. I was in and out before I knew it.
Everybody, there was overly kind and I actually got to speak one-on-one with the dentist that would be performing the work on my teeth. They explained everything very clearly and answer all of my questions. and helped with financing. I haven't had any work done yet, but I am hoping to soon.
I had a wonderful experience at Red Cliffs Dental! Dr. Olsen was absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The staff were equally fantastic—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. One of the sweetest touches? They hand out flowers after your visit! Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for quality care with a personal touch.
