Firstly, Red Hills Oral and Facial Surgery was a very clean, comfortable, and most importantly, professional experience for me. The process of booking a consultation was smooth and professional. I was assisted right away and the front desk staff were extremely supportive and friendly. Already, with such a great introduction to this facility, I knew that I was in good hands. Secondly, Dr. Marcus Joy was absolutely superb. He was informative about the condition of my wisdom teeth, and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed during my consultation. He is a very kind surgeon and extremely gifted in his profession, as I witnessed this the day of my wisdom teeth removal surgery. His bedside manners were genuine, and the procedure itself went smoothly. Even with the nitrous oxide, I was comfortable and there was no drastic pain. Dr. Marcus Joy definitely knows what he’s doing, and I strongly recommend his work. Red Hills Oral and Facial Surgery is not just your regular facility, it’s a facility that contains well licensed professionals who make sure their patients are treated with the utmost care. I highly recommend this facility and I am pleased to have experienced working with Dr. Marcus Joy!
Amazing Office! Dr. Walther took me in same day and addressed all of my concerns. He was thorough and made sure I understood all of my options. I am grateful to him and his outstanding team for making time for me and solving my issue. I will recommend him for any oral surgery needs.
I went in for a consultation in the summer and the office was very clean and thorough about expectations of extractions. I was was referred for my bottom 2 but ended up getting all 4 in under 45 minutes with IV sedation. the process was of making an appointment was quick and easy. I will say they are not in network with most insurance but it is reasonably price I believe given the procedure cost and market. Dr. Joy was really friendly and I can't thank him enough for a seamless procedure and his staff that helped!
Dr. Joy pulled two of my teeth yesterday morning and I didn’t feel a thing! I have no soreness or swelling whatsoever! The entire staff is friendly and they also did a follow up on how I was doing! I highly recommend this practice! Thank you Dr. Joy!😁
I got three wisdom teeth removed here and the staff were super accommodating with my appointment and pricing was transparent. They gave me a full run down on my post-op care and called in my meds asap. Later that same evening, I developed a liver clot on an extraction site and was bleeding a lot. Dr. Walther answered my calls and came after hours to help me. I could not appreciate his help more, he is a great and compassionate doctor!
