Tamara and Alex are always so nice, friendly, and go above and beyond for my family and myself. We have been going here for years. They have seen myself and 3 of my children, and they work with us so well. They have even waited on the phone while I have had to check on things. They have waited for call backs from me with different issues and have gotten us in on short notice with emergencies. When they have to reschedule us for a certain reason they get us in at the earliest appointment available that is convenient for us. The dental assistants and the dentists are always so extremely nice and are so gentle with my children and myself. I am a baby when it comes to the dentist, that is my number one fear, but they make me feel relaxed and comfortable. I definitely recommend Redrock. I also love how they text you the day before your appointment to remind you. That is always nice.

customer service was great! was very detailed on explaining treatment and my hygienist, melanie, was very nice and communicative. dr. mark was also amazing with explaining questions i asked. definitely found my go-to dentist from now on. :)

I fully support the idea of requiring patients to wash their hands; however, the timing may need reconsideration. If new patients are asked to wash their hands and then return to the waiting room, many will immediately use their phones, which harbor 10X more bacteria than a toilet seat, including organisms such as E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus, and sometimes MRSA. For this reason, I would recommend asking patients to wash their hands when the provider is ready to begin services, rather than earlier in the process. Additionally, if there is a policy addressing patient lateness, it would be reasonable to hold the practice to a similarly high standard regarding appointment start times. While patients are expected to arrive on time, it can be frustrating when they are seen 30–45 minutes late without the same level of accountability.

Unprofessional and disorganized office. The front desk staff was extremely rude and aggressive, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. While the dentist was personally nice, the quality of the dental work was disappointing. I came in for a procedure right before a holiday weekend, and it felt like everyone was rushing. The numbing was insufficient, and the fillings were poorly done. I’ve had to return for adjustments after every filling, which is unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this practice.
