My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The cost was well below what we paid for the same work with our other kids in Texas. Our experience was so great that I am trying to schedule an extraction and implant for myself here, even though I live in Texas.
I have been through a series of oral surgeries over the last year. I had a lot of anxiety and some panic issues.Dr Mack has been patient and supportive with me. He has kept me informed & has returned my calls in a timely manner. He is a skilled professional at both anesthesia & surgery. The front desk employees were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Mack was very upfront with me about the best path for me to take with my jaw condition. I very much appreciated his honesty. A very great quality. I would recommend Dr Mack to anyone needing care.
The staff was very friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable! I felt well taken care of and listened to in regards to any questions i had for my tooth extraction. They had an old arcade themed pacman machine in the lobby for kids as well so it's a great family friendly environment for kids. When my son needs to go to the dentist this is where ill be taking him! 🙂 I use medicaid for my insurance so I know they except that one which is a plus for those of us of low income and government assistance!
After being referred to Red Rock Oral and Facial surgery they were able to get me an appointment within a couple of days and then take care of the problem within a couple of days after that. They were also willing to work with me and my insurance. The office staff and Dr Mack we’re very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable and able help me with my condition to my satisfaction. Thank you for being so quick to serve.
