Drew Robison is a dentist who truly cares about his patients. He adjusted his schedule to take care of my problem quickly. His work is thorough and he never makes you feel rushed. It is rare to find this level of dedication and compassion. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist who is excellent and puts his patients first.
Dr. Drew and his staff work their darnedest to make sure I have a good experience. They're flexible in scheduling and accommodate my calendar as much as they can. Dr. Drew takes his time to explain what he sees on the X-rays and our treatment options. He doesn't hesitate to tell me, "It's not time yet, but down the road it will be. We'll keep an eye on it."
As a long-term patient with over five appointments, I have observed both strengths and areas for improvement at this dental practice. The quality of dental care provided is exceptional, and I highly recommend Dr. Funke's services. The dentist demonstrates a genuine concern for patients' oral health and delivers truly outstanding work. Regarding the front office staff, there have been notable changes. The previous receptionist, a young woman, was particularly commendable for her friendly and respectful demeanor. The current receptionist, an older gentleman, while competent, could benefit from additional customer service training to enhance patient interactions and maintain the practice's professional image. To further elevate the patient experience, I would suggest the following improvements: Recruit and retain front desk staff who consistently exhibit a positive and attentive attitude Ensure all staff members maintain a professional demeanor, avoiding potentially misinterpreted attempts at humor (e.g., the recent incident regarding another patient's bill) Continue to prioritize the high-quality dental care that sets this practice apart In conclusion, while there is room for enhancement in front office operations, the exceptional dental care provided makes this practice a superior choice for oral health services in our area. *Costco Pays for my Dental Services
I have seen various dentists for more than 60 years across numerous states, and Redrock dental far exceeds all previous experiences. Dr. Robinson is, by far, one of the most accomplished and compassionate professionals (across all medical fields) that I have encountered. Your dental care will not only meet high industry standards, you will be very pleased with the cosmetic effects, as well. But, don’t take my word for it, if you can be accommodated, simply choose this practice for your next dental treatment, and decide for yourself. You can thank me later.
