It was a pleasure to visit this wonderful Periodontal office! I appreciated the welcoming front desk staff. Lori (?sp), who greeted me, got me settled and prepared me to see the doctor, was kind and funny. I felt more like a friend than a patient. Dr McKeown immediately put me at ease. He was professional and thorough. I especially apprecited his willingness to spend time explaining the "mechanics" of ginigivitis as well as my particular situation. Ashley who handles insurance, etc., was also very kind. She carefully explained the cost of treatment and answered my questions. I look forward to receiving the treatment I need to preserve my teeth.
I recently had a post put in for an implant. I have nothing but praise for Dr McKeown and his assistants. Not only is his perio work exceptional, his entire team is the best! I trust him implicitly! Had a great first appt here. The receptionists were kind when I booked, and when I arrived day of. Dr. Mckeown was also great. He explained things in depth and answered all of my questions. I felt heard and also confident in the next steps suggested. Thank you!
