Dr. John Reed, his entire team are simply amazing and professional, they go above and beyond explaining every aspect of my son’s wisdom teeth extractions. From the moment you enter into his office you’re greeted by Sam who’s such a wonderful example of how you treat your patients. She is so knowledgeable with insurance and payments. Dr. Reed extracted my wisdom teeth. The process was painless after the injections. I was also very nervous and anxious. Dr reed took the time to answer my questions and put up with my nonsense. His staff was also very sweet and supportive. While I was not a very easy patient to work with because of my anxiety. Dr. Reed was beyond patient and very comforting. He even gave me his cell number in case I had any questions over the weekend. If you need extractions done I could not recommend anyone else in this area!! Thank you Dr. Reed for everything and especially for your saint like patience. Thanks to you I am on the road to recovery and I am feeling much better!!!!!!
I had my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Reed and when it was time for my daughter to get hers removed I knew where she was going. Dr Reed explains everything, takes his time, and cares. Highly recommend!
Went in for my wisdom teeth removal which were severely impacted. I paid out of pocket and Dr. Reed was the best one around. He and his team are very caring. They went through instructions with me and made sure I knew what to expect. I want to thank you for your optimal care!
I found out I needed to have my wisdom teeth surgically removed one had a whole and half broke off at my gums. Dr. Reed made the process simple x-rays, talk about the plan of action from x-rays. I was kinda worried only being 22 and never had anything more than a root canal but Dr. Reed answered all my questions eased my mind during procedure gave me paper instructions on how to care for my mouth after surgery. The staff is very welcoming and willing to assist any way they can few days after I was able to go back to work without issues was very happy I chose them.
