Tried to make back to back appointment for me and my mom and they refused to let us make appointments together. And when I said I would find another dentist they said great we will take you off the schedule.
I had 2 teeth extracted, never felt a thing. Not even the numbing shots. Everyone ( From Alexis at the front desk, Dr. Scallions, Hannah and Emily made me feel at ease and comfortable. Excellant experience!
Just left there after having 5 teeth removed,3 were supposed to be surgically removed but he ended up being able to pull them all. The actual dental procedure was great,the Dentist and his sidekick did awesome,it's the aftercare they lack in. So some lady comes in to explain the "aftercare" ,gives me a bag with 11 gauze bandages and a sheet of paper , and tells me alternate ibuprofen and Tylenol,I can't talk my mouth is packed with gauze ,my gums are bleeding AND extremely numb and I'm thinking ain't NO WAY this won't be painful when the numbness wears off, and I'm correct because almost 3 hours later and I am in pain on the right side! And let's also make note,,they are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday,so do not ,if you decide to use this place,go on a Thursday! Just because people have Medicaid of Tenncare doesn't mean they should be treated any different,,there's plenty of places that will treat you and consider you as a person,I wish I'd of went with my gut because honestly I knew I should've cancelled after all the "miscommunication's".
I can not say enough good things about this dentist office!! From front desk to the back, they are all amazing and make you feel at ease! (This is coming from someone who has severe dental anxiety) I am so thankful for them! They gave me my smile and confidence back!! Would 100% recommend!! Oh and they are extremely affordable!! P.S. Hannah, the assistant, she is top notch! She is so kind and makes your concerns valid! She talks you through every step and makes sure you leave the office feeling confident! She also doesn’t make you feel crazy for calling the office with questions!! GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE LOL!
These people suck more like mess your teeth up than fix them! I been trying to call since Friday no answer then today call said if I can make it no more scheduling for me which is weird because I’m having car trouble they don’t care about no one but they selves and they never fix the problem just add more !!
