Dr.Crane and his staff got us in pretty fast when my 8 year old had a broken tooth right around Christmas time! Wait time was not long at all and while waiting they had hilarious dog videos on the tv in the waiting room! Not to mention asking everyone if they wanted a cold drink and a warm blanket. Best customer service! Thanks again Rendezvous Dental!
I was a new patient and was very happy with my experience. Staff are very professional and welcoming. Office is beautiful and extremely clean. Dr Crane personally met with me before seeing me in the chair to go over my history and if I had any concerns. I really appreciate that extra gesture. My dental situation was referred out to a specialist and he made this process very easy. He explained my X-rays and why he was making an outside referral. He made my first first very comfortable. I will most definitely remain a patient
Hands down the best, first dental visit I have ever been to! The entire staff is friendly, outgoing and attentive! Dr. Crane explained everything thoroughly and I was left with zero doubts of his advice or abilities. I did not feel anxious at all, I actually look forward to going back!
Dr Crane is very kind. He is very gentle and thorough. All of his staff were really nice. Clean environment. They really made the visit comfortable even though I was incredibly nervous.
I had my teeth cleaned by Melonie. She was gentle and we had great conversation. I voiced my concerns to her about sensitivity. When Dr.Crane came in for my exam he already new my concerns as she told him before he even came in to see me. Long story short. I had a tooth that was very angry. Dr. Crane made sure I was seen the day after to make sure I was comfortable! I love the staff fully from the front office to the clinical staff and let’s not forget Nicole who is behind the scene making sure every one knows their financial part and dissects insurance to the fullest!! Wonderfully clean and welcoming office! Also the complementary warm blankets, hand wax and overhead televisions that can be changed to your liking with sound cancelling headphones!! ❤️💯‼️
