Everyone whom has had anything to do with this clinic NEEDS to get an itemized bill to make sure you don't have money that's owed to you. They will not just send a check. They owe me over $3,000 and I've been waiting a month for a check that was suppose to be in the mail. Yeah this clinic screens my calls now, and I haven't called them all that much. They don't prepare you for what the surgery consists of and I lost all my pegs on the top and still have to pay for it! I don't think I'm getting my money back. The lady in finances is conveniently on vacation until Dec. 1st 2026 knowing she said she would wire me my money. I'm paying way to much for a plate on my bottom thats fixed to my jaw but my top didn't work out and all the pegs had to come out and no refund! This is not how a honest business works, nothing but the run around. Maybe I need an attorney to take a look.
I decided to do something about my teeth mainly my uppers lowers were good enough to bite an apple except for some back ones, I showed up for counseltation and the sales lady think her name was kim.she was extremely persistent over and over.saying knowbody can do what we can we have the best procedure of anybody,your going to love this you owe it to yourself as she said what I should do is get there special hybrid upper patented denture and there implanted denture on bottom.I ended up going with them somewhat because she ran my credit when I asked her to hold off until I got another est.I did decide to go with another outfit but whatever kim did by the way she ran my credit I was stuck with renew.so again prommised I would be forever great full I was doing this.I went in for surgery and had 23 teeth removed,the temp teeth that i was also prommised would get me by were a total joke and looked terrible but the problem was I had a lot of trouble eating anything I went in a couple times and tried asking for something a little better maby that looked better or that I could eat with.Ithere teeth didn't even form a bite and when they took there dremel tool to them the sharp edges cut my mouth ! A lady called me a day after I was there and told me they had a discussion about me and decided I'me not going to like there product that I did the sugury for so there stopping work It's been 2 years of hell,I wasn't heavy before I started this and I've just passed over 55 lbs loosing lots of mussle.I can't believe this company can get away with this. other companys will openly admit they have herd lots of story's about renew.scared of continuing this diet.
It's had my dentures done over, I would say five years ago, they said I would probably have to come back once a year to get new. SnapThings put in and I wouldn't be able to eat sweet corn, haven't been back and can easily eat sweet corn, wear them all day, long without a problem, and they are nice to eat with. I was able to get the right Look 2 shades lighter, so they wouldn't be too white. They are like perfect. Well, okay, I have dentures, but my friends can't compete with my look. There's no teasing me the people were really nice. Gary
After seeing how they treated my sister after she gave them 25,000 to be left without teeth for what will be a month is absolutely disgusting and shocking. The owner should be embarrassed for him/herself. I’ve had my teeth done and not only did it not cost a down payment on a house, I left the same day with an amazing smile. Not the case here, my poor sister can’t get in until the 10th because they don’t prioritize their mistakes and even then they haven’t communicated what will be done at this appointment—just the receptionist playing middle man. The owner should be embarrassed and ashamed—they failed to do what they said needed to happened to make her tops fit, and they didn’t and are dancing around the issue. TAKE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY AND CALL YOUR PATIENTS WHEN ISSUES LIKE THIS ARISE—things happen, people are pretty understanding but not when you JERK THEM AROUND LIKE THIS AND HAVE NOT EVEN REACHED OUT TO HER. She won’t even leave her house because of this. UPDATE: Unbelievable.2 MONTHS LATER AND SHE STILL HAS NO TEETH!
