The staff is friendly, professional, very helpful, quick to let you know if you have any questions or concerns who to call. For the first time I feel like I have options, that there is hope for a more beautiful smile and being able to eat foods I wasn't able to before. Don't hesitate to contact them, they really do their best to work with you.
Definitely the right decision to go to this office, we had checked 4 other dental offices that do this type of procedure and they were the most professional and the most informative to what should be done correctly to have the procedure done successfully. Because of jaw bone problems that I had since birth, Dr Mancin was able to do the best job at fixing the situation, not promise to do something that could lead to problems down the road by doing things that others would have done just to charge more money for something you asked to be done that would of lead to problems later. His staff is professional and very knowledgeable, you can tell that they care about the patient and making sure to address any concern or questions you may have before or after your procedure. It is always a relief that after you have something done like this that you made the right decision to go with this office. I research Dr’s before I'm to have any type of surgery to make sure for the best outcome when you hear of people who have had not a good outcome. One last comment about his reviews from other people, you can not give a office a negative or poor review because you couldn’t get financed, that’s not their responsibility, and doesn’t reflect on their ability to preform the dental work.
I had a tremendously positive experience at this dental office. Everyone was caring, and the efficiency level was amazing. I felt safe and felt a positive weight of excellence concerning everything. Details of my care needs were thoroughly explained. My only regret is that my necessary treatment requires a different dental office. None the less, I received sufficient care and explanations to know I can refer this office to anyone with confidence that they would be treated, and would receive advice and all that is needed to ensure a great dental outcome. Very impressed.
They are very helpful and I am a candidate for the procedure but I don't qualify for their financing. If I can work that out on my own I will definitely contact them to have it done.
