The staff at Renken Dentistry was exceptional for my first visit with them as a new patient. They are friendly, thorough, and they listen and address concerns. They were able to slide me into a free cleaning slot after my general checkup and X-rays. That was awesome because it saved more than a month of wait time for the next available cleaning appointment. Awesome experience all around and I appreciated the transparency about costs for an upcoming filling that I need.
Having anxiety with dentists Dr Zarkle is awesome. She listened to my fears and helped me work through them. Now I have a beautiful smile again and getting my oral health on track. From the phone call to initiate the first appointment to making reoccurring appointments the office staff and dental assistants are great. As feel welcome coming to see them! So happy I found them.
I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist, but this office completely changed my perspective. The dentist (Dr. Karen Zerkle) and her staff was incredibly kind, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and never made me feel rushed, and made sure I was comfortable. I honestly felt like I was at home. The whole team was welcoming and professional. If you’ve been putting off dental work because of anxiety, this is the place to go. HIGHLY recommended!
Always a pleasant experience with friendly and caring staff. They ask questions that matter without making me feel overwhelmed with an unnecessary amount of stress or frustration. They give me an opportunity to talk or express any concerns or problems about my dental health while also letting me leave feeling completely confident with my dental hygiene.
Such a good experience! When you walk in and the staff are laughing, filled with joy and the caring attitude is genuine, you know you chose the right place! The people and the ambience was great and the sharing of what they were doing step by step was good.
