I had a great experience from the beginning scheduling an appointment to receiving the treatment. Timely scheduling, prompt responds and professional communications. Dr. Gaw was truly amazing. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable, explaining step by step the treatment options and process. She performed the treatment efficiently, effectively and painlessly. Most importantly she followed up with me the next day to make sure I was doing well. Highly recommend Dr. Gaw and her team at Renovo Endodontic Studio.
Excellent! From calling and interacting withe the receptionist to Dr. Gaw’s assistant, this was first class service. I had two root canals at one time and it was seamless. Dr. Gaw switched in the cat and dog fun tv to watch while I waited. And the coup de gras was Dr. Gaw’s beautiful voice singing me into a very relaxed state. Best place ever! And only using over the counter pain relief after. I will be recommending Renovo to anyone I can!

Beautiful office! The dental office is located within a shared building that looks more like an office building, but walkkng into Renovo's suite I was surprised by how modern, clean, and esthetically pleasing the decor is. The registration staff was very kind and professional. The dental assistant did an excellent job and Dr. Gaw is the most relatable and pleasant dental professional I've ever encountered! I drove from my work in Beloit and I would go out of my way everytime to have Dr. Gaw. She made me feel so at ease and no pressure to do any treatment. I asked her a ton of questions and she gave me great explanations and never rushed me. I ended up going ahead with the root canal, first time, and it was easier than a filling in my opinion.
Very accommodating, excellent Services. The Dentist, Dr. Gaw was thorough in her exam and diagnosis. She actually sang in a beautiful soft voice while pulling two teeth. What a calming, totally relaxing technique! My mind was on the voice not the “snap crackle pop” of 67 year old teeth being yanked out of my mouth!
