had such a beautiful experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, Dr. B and his entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I was honestly very scared about my appointment, but they were so patient, kind, and reassuring every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I felt safe and at ease. By the end of my visit, I felt calm and confident that I was in great hands. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist like I was, I highly recommend coming here. They truly care about their patients and make sure you know everything is going to be all right.
Last year Dr Brotzman saw me as a new patient quickly as I had a dental emergency. I found him to be an excellent dentist with a pleasant personality. He carefully explained costs and procedures. I returned this week for a regular cleaning only to find since my insurance had changed , I was no longer “in network”. I was very disappointed since I was impressed with this dental practice and was looking forward to an ongoing relationship! I highly recommend this dental practice.
I had a fantastic experience during my dental cleaning! Debbie was professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Angel was gentle yet thorough with my cleaning — I felt completely comfortable and confident throughout the cleaning. Dr. Brotzman was very informative about the findings of my exam, and the process of what to expect for treatment. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a top-notch dental cleaning!
As a new patient walking in, the office is beautiful. Debbie immediately greeted me and was so kind and helpful. Dentist offices aren't my favorite place but I felt welcome and calm. Megan was super helpful and friendly about my issues and very personable. Dr. Brotzman was very friendly and explained everything very well. I highly recommend this office! They went above and beyond my expectations.
Very first Dentist I’ve been to since moving to Winston and I’ll say already that I don’t need to go anywhere else. Had to get my very first root canal & I hope to never need one again haha! But the staff is absolutely great and so friendly. Each staff member is so kind and that goes a long way.. 10/10 recommend. Thank u all ❤️
