It's rare to find a great dentist/doctor who also has an amazing staff, but this office DOES!! I came here on a second-ish (actually 4th) opinion, not really feeling comfortable with the communication and overall impression I received at previous offices/consults. I set up my surgery date shortly after my consult. Surgery was completed almost a week ago. Everything was easy peasy. I plan to be back in 6-12 months (after fully healed) to discuss additional options. Thank you for making an experience that no one "wants" a pretty good one!!
Dr. Templeton and his staff are amazing! I am so grateful for their attention, understanding, and care. After unsuccessful attempts to save one molar, I finally opted for extraction. I was able to get a consultation appointment quickly with extraction scheduled for the following day. The consultation was very informative and everything regarding the procedure, options after the extraction, and billing was explained thoroughly. The day of the extraction, everything from start to finish was explained prior to being sedated. Detailed instructions for after care were verbally explained to my driver and printed out in a reference packet so I wouldn't have to try to remember while coming out of sedation. My follow up appointment to have the sutures removed was very quick! Everyone I encountered in Dr. Templeton's office made the entire experience as best as possible considering the circumstances. I will absolutely refer anyone I know needing oral surgery and/or implants to Revitalize Dental Implants and Oral Surgery!
Excellent team! DR. Templeton and his staff were wonderful with my son who is autistic. They explained e very step and really helped calm his high anxiety. He had to be sedated for his embedded wisdom teeth extractions. A very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend to anyone needing dental surgery!!!

I brought my 18 y/o daughter to Dr. Templeton after having a horrible experience at another oral surgery office. My daughter has high anxiety and has a past of medical trauma. His office staff and Dr. Templeton were great!!! He took the time to explain everything so that she could understand to help ease her anxiety. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!
