Very professional and friendly, busy place that's well organized and handled every part of my visit like they were interested in me personally and made sure that I had a good experience. They are also experts with insurance. Highly recommend!!!

A little background- I have been phobic about dentists since I was little. Not at Rhinelander Dental! Dr. Nate, Maddy and McKenzie made me very comfortable. Absolutely no anxiety at all! I love this place!

I had to have an extraction today. I was nervous and unsure. The receptionist is really sweet. My assistant and another assistant were whispering about something negative that must have occurred earlier today. I just sat silently until Dr. Linder came in. I asked him whether an implant was possible. He said he does them, but most people don't want to pay the $6-8,000 for one. (I actually asked the question because I was interested.) I asked if my upper tooth would be affected by the loss of the lower (which I was told had to come out because of pins being driven into the bone by my previous dentist when inserting a crown). The doctor told me it probably could, but I don't need it anyway because it won't be used without the bottom one anyway. There was not lead up dialog to the numerous numbing shots, which was totally unnerving, and I don't recall being asked how I was doing during the procedure. He did ask me if I was numb after the painful beginning that required additional numbing medicine. All in all, I felt like an inconvenience, and I'm really praying this was an unusual occurrence. I've only been in the office twice, so I'm really not sure.

I’ll start by saying I have never liked going to the dentist but my experience today was very nice. I’ll be back!
