I loved ❤️ my visit at Rhodes & Rhodes. My very first vist was AMAZING! The friendly staff was so professional. Yet, I was a bit nervous on arrival, but the tender loving care, tge setting, and the atmosphere along with the young lady that cleaned my teeth. She talked me through every step. That calm my nerves. I have no complaints. On a scale from 1 to 10. I rate my visit a 10...❤️❤️❤️
Staff is very friendly. I really appreciate how warm and polite they are. I didn’t have to wait long they got my son and I in and out. The Dental hygienist took time to explain what she was doing while she was doing it and made sure I was comfortable. The facility is clean and comfortable as it should be.
This is not the first time I have had an issue at Rhodes & Rhodes but never have I had an issue like I did yesterday. Two employees( Star Ryan & Tykeshia Davis) were very rude. Talking about patients while patients were in the lobby and too busy trying to prove that they were right that they over looked that I'm saying I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, they're saying I have Southland. Which Southland is under Blue Cross for dental. I had been going to this dentist office for over 6+ years with the same insurance and NEVER had this problem. Not to mention they called after 12pm to ask if they could move my appointment from 4pm to 3pm the day of my appointment. I went in early to be met with nasty attitudes!! I don't know insurance codes or if BCBS subs out coverage. All i know is I pay BCBS every month for health and dental. I don't work at a dentist office or in the medical field, they do and should be more professional and courteous with patients. Not to mention I asked for my dental records, signed a release and they gave me one sheet of paper with my xray images on it. That's what Rhodes & Rhodes has greeting you as you come in. I AM NO LONGER A PATIENT THERE!!!
We have been with Rhodes & Rhodes for years. They are family and would recommend their services to everyone ! The staff is pleasant and very attentive. The dental hygienist, Madison Davis is the best. She is knowledgeable and quite gentle with cleaning. We look forward to seeing her and asking about her family
They are absolutely amazing! My first time ever being seen there! My hygienist (I think her name was Melissa) was so funny and sweet along with Dr. Melinda Rhodes. I've had some bad past experiences with dentists that kept me from going for a while but they went out of their way to make me comfortable. They were very informative as well. The team there gets a long very well and all the staff had smiles and they were all so sweet from the front desk to the back. The office was clean and well put together. The teams were professional and outstanding. I highly recommend them and I am excited to be fully establishing my dental care with them. If I could give a thousand stars I would!
