    Andrea company is one of the most amazing dentists I have ever had the pleasure of. Unfortunately because of the timing my bankruptcy filing she chose to part ways. I will be forever Greatful for the service I received. I highly recommend her practice.

    The dentist is very nice . The office staff is deplorable . I recently had an appointment. No one called to tell me that my balance had to be paid prior to being seen. I wasted my time off work and have a dental emergency that won’t be able to be handled . When I called to speak to the office manager Andrea she said well we’ve tried to reach out and I when I expressed my frustration she said well I can take payment now over then phone . No acknowledgment or understanding . The wait time is absurd . The rudeness/lack of empathy from the office is inexcusable.

    I received dental care from a dental tech or assistant there named Maria. She was unprofessional and caused me a lot of pain. When I complained about the pain, I was told that I should pray. At another appointment another person attempted to fix what she had done improperly. I have had nothing but problems with those two teeth since and it has been about a year and a half since the work was done. I recently went to a new dentist . She did the work so poorly, that my teeth need to be drilled and the work redone correctly.

    Horrible communication with clients. Management and office workers have no idea how to handle billing Not only do they not know how to handle billing. They also do not know how to communicate to patient that their insurance is not active yet. Talked to the insurance company and there is no record of the dentist office never submitted to insurance. So billing client for services and not submitting claims to insurance company saying the insurance denied the claim. Insurance was never billed for services. They perform services that should not have been performed until insurance is active. They also did not let patient know that they have a deductible to meet first. They send bills to clients with fees without sending a bill notifying clients that money is due. Only sending clients bills that insurance covered in full and then three months later. Issues client a bill with fees due to no payments. When notified office to find out how to resolve this they could not help and would not remove fees which is on them for not billing client.

    I get or should I say I used to get really bad anxiety about the dentist. To the point I didn't go for several years. But everyone here is super friendly and after the first visit, my anxiety is gone! Dr. Stanik is amazing, kind and just the best. She is never condescending and didn't make me feel embarrassed about my teeth. Truly couldn't ask for a better dentist. Also, some of the rooms have massage chairs you can use while getting work done, bonus!!
