I had an awesome experience! I was very nervous about my procedure, but the staff were all so kind and reassuring. The doctor spoke with me beforehand and clearly explained what he would be doing, which really helped put me at ease. 10 out of 10 — highly recommend!
Dr. Bloom has fabulous bedside manner. As a neurodivergent adult, I felt very comfortable here. The whole team was patient, helpful, and thurough. I came from an hour and a half away for them, and 10/10 would recommend this office!
I haven't had my procedure as of yet, but the appointments, scheduling, talking to Dr Bloom and his associates, have been amazingly easy. I appreciate how they handled everything with professionalism, even down to the billing. The office is so beautiful and comfortable too.
EVERY single person I encountered at the Hugenot Rd practice was fantastic! Extremely friendly and listened to you! All are quite professional, polite and happy. Dr Bloom was so easy to talk with and his explanations were easy to understand and he as well was very polite. I enjoyed speaking with the scheduler as well. From the moment I walked in the office until I walked back out was an enjoyable experience despite having dental issues! Most people do not like going to the dentist and in fact fear it. But, this office and personnel are fabulous. If my mouth weren't otherwise occupied I would've enjoyed talking with each of them more!! Great experience!
Dr. Bloom and his staff were excellent to us. They treated us with up most respect and compassion for an emergency tooth extraction. We definitely will be returning to place an implant.
