⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an exam at Ridgecrest, and the experience was great from start to finish. The staff was very polite, and the office was clean, modern, and comfortable. I was seen in less than 10 minutes, which I really appreciated. The dentist and assistant explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. Everything went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of throughout the visit. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend this office. Also the workers at front desk were friendly and polite. Thank you Ridgecrest.
I have been a patient at Ridgecrest Dental for 3 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The clinic is spacious and visually appealing. The staff, from the office assistants to the dental hygienists to the dentists, are personable and professional. It is always a positive experience.
Was good except I didn’t get specific instructions on blood thinner. E.g. when to start and stop, cardiology discussion etc. my doc and I both tried to call not long after the appointment but the office was closed till Monday. The procedure is Tuesday and I’m not sure about the blood thinner. Other than that all was good.
My day at the dentist was fabulous and I hate going. From the moment I was taken from back the waiting room to being seated I felt right at home. The environment was so calm and welcoming. I can’t believe I’m saying this but looking forward to going back.
I have been going to them since 2004. Always great. Jennifer is always pleasant and on time. She is a joy. My procedures with Dr Dunville have been surprisingly painless. Much better than the old days.
