I was actually seen about 10 minutes to my actually scheduled appointment time! Megan, my hygienist was her usual kind, upbeat self. She always does a fabulous job and is very gentle because she knows I have a number of sensitive areas (basically my whole mouth). Then I had xrays done by Emily. She was very sweet and got those suckers done efficiently and as gently possible. The real treat was meeting Dr. Hill. She was personable, caring and very knowledgeable. She did the most thorough exam i have had since Dr. Young retired. She immediately made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I hope she will be a long-term provider here, as I instantly liked her and felt I could trust her with my care. Finally, the lady who checked me out and scheduled my next appointment was also very kind and efficient. Definitely a 5 star experience...I'd give them even more stars if I could! Thank you fro a truly enjoyable experience ☺️!
I have been a patient at Ridgeview Dental for years. (Started back when the office was on Burkarth Rd. ) I loved Dr. Young and was apprehensive about a new dentist when he retired. I have been very pleased with Dr. Hill especially and Megan is my FAV hygienist.
Having come from Washington state, this was a refreshing experience and reminder of what dental care is MEANT to be. We had an emergency, called, and they took us in the same day with beyond exceptional care, service and the classic sense of township. We were part of the community and treated as such- I don’t know what was better to be honest; feeling like family or receiving top notch dentistry in half the time we’re used to. Thank you to Marissa and the dentist on hand- you made everything as smooth and painless as possible, with a bit of family touch!
This was my first visit with Dr. Ambur Hill. She was very kind and thorough for my dental exam and oral cancer screening. She also had a gentle touch for the treatment I needed. Emily the hygiene assistant, was also very friendly and prompt taking my xrays! They are a major asset to this practice and I can't wait to go back.
Dr Hill is the best! I went in very nervous and she put me right at ease. Gather all the information, analyze the situation, X-ray and examined my tooth I had concerns about, then refer me onto Dr Morris, a periodontist for my receding gum.
