Ciera and Dr rob were excellent!. They both had great soft skills and excellent skills on my teeth.They prepped me for a crown and Dr Rob communication throughout was excellent and skills on my teeth were great. Ciera's work on my temp was great.What really impressed me was the work they did on my decay and afterwards my bite was perfect. My tongue left it alone! I highly recommend this office...great employees!
I have been to many different dentists and once I sat down in Sarah’s chair I felt like family. Doctor Romeo and his staff are unmatched! You would be crazy to go anywhere else. They are all so warm and welcoming and put you at ease right away.
I love this dentist and everyone in this practice! Dr. Romeo is honestly the best dentist I’ve had, and his dental assistants (especially Ciera) and his hygienists are some of the best there are, there is? Whatever, they’re GREAT. They’re always friendly & genuinely care about their patients. I told them that I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists and get really nervous when I have to go to one, they’re very understanding and do their best to help you to relax & stay calm. They’re very caring and Jessica the treatment coordinator is a sweetheart. As you can tell I HIGHLY recommend Dr Romero and his team!
I’ve been receiving dental services for over 3 years at Rio Rancho Dental Associates, everyone from reception to medical are wonderful, kind, and caring. The Dental Hygienist Sara has helped and advised me in maintaining and having healthy oral hygiene. She goes above and beyond.
Dr. Romeo does a great job of making you feel like a valued customer... until it matters. I had a cavity filled, and the filling broke in August. I scheduled an appointment and had it repaired. Three months later, the filling broke AGAIN. I scheduled another appointment—keep in mind he only works Wednesdays! When I tried to discuss longer-term solutions to prevent this from happening a third time, he got up to leave the room, saying, "Maybe you're not happy here, you don't want my help." They walked me out within minutes, numb face and all, without addressing my concerns or even considering possible solutions. Remember... this is the third time around! Overall, the lack of communication and unwillingness to properly resolve the issue were very disappointing.
