Both receptionists were great. They got me in quickly, were friendly, and helped with referral, and billing questions. A newer i assume apprentice got my mouth scanned and x-ray’d. the equipment and facility were up to date. The DR was succinct and to the point and friendly. He gave me reasonable logical options. Didn’t over do any treatment or upsell. The hygienist was very professional friendly and gentle. She got me scheduled for my next cleaning and my teeth looked and felt great. Zero complaints.
Being my first to going to River City Dental i was very impressed with the staff. Everyone was knowledgeable and polite and respectful of the resin I was there. I needed two teeth extraction. The care that was given to me was by far and above better than I have ever received a dental offer before. I will be going back to them. For me to say that is big because I don't go to the doctor or dental unless there is a problem, I am a man of 56 and very set in my ways. I know that the people at River City Dental have my best interest in mind and not just looking for a paycheck.
As always, it was a wonderful experience Dr. Jeremy has been my lifesaver for many years now he has always been there through thick and thin ups and downs. The staff are amazing. They are thorough and funny and pleasant. I have always enjoyed coming here and they always make me feel welcome. I recommend this place and Dr. Jeremy to everybody Thanks Doc. I'll see you next week.
I am very pleased with my first visit to River City Dental. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Shari gave me a very thorough examination and cleaning, explaining each procedure. Dr. Gluth took his time, answering questions and giving tips on taking care of my teeth. A very professional, knowledgeable and friendly dentist practice.
Caring, informative, great communicators. The dentist is even giving up some family travel during the holidays to ensure his patients get the treatment they need before the end of the year insurance cycle. Hillary was a fantastic dental hygienist for me. I travel from Florida to be treated here.
