I had a great experience at this dental office during my visit for a cleaning and a filling. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. Victoria at the front desk was very helpful. She made scheduling and check-in quick and easy, which I really appreciated. Dr. Vargas was excellent!!! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough and she even took the time to explain the filling procedure clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Heather, the hygienist, did an amazing job with my cleaning. She was gentle, attentive, and made the experience pleasant and stress-free. The office was clean, modern, and well organized. I felt genuinely well cared for and appreciated the attention to detail from the entire team. I would highly recommend Dr. Vargas and her team at this dental office to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I have been a patient at River Dental in Rogers for several years but, unfortunately, have never had a positive experience. Their pricing is consistently high, and I have often felt pressured to pursue treatments such as Invisalign (which I dont need because I had braces as a teen) and other services that seemed unnecessary. I was once quoted several thousand dollars for scaling alone. While having insurance! During a visit to have two crowns, I was made to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for being anxious about the procedure. Less than two years later, one of those crowns fell out. When I called to have it fixed, I was told it would be a month before I could be seen. Despite explaining that it was an urgent situation, no one asked whether I was in pain or experiencing other issues—they simply offered to add me to a cancellation list. That was the "best they could do." I have since switched to another provider, who was able to repair the crown promptly. I’ve also learned that River Dental does not have the best reputation within the local dental community. Based on my experiences, I would encourage others to carefully consider their options for both treatment and aftercare. I do not recommend this practice.

They canceled my appt last minute because of "computer problems". Rescheduled me for a month later. Then I had to cancel last minute due to work. They told me because i had canceled twice, i was now banned. But THEY canceled on me the first time. Screw this place!

Bad patient service. Visited for dental care a handful of times over the years and all of them but maybe 1 were comfortable. I will not return. They declined care for me because of “high blood pressure”. I went to the Walmart in the parking lot afterward and my blood pressure was in the normal ranges. I could only gather they don’t accept you unless you have good insurance or money to pay them for their services. My insurance isn’t the best and I am ok with just having a tooth pulled or cavity filled however they urged for an $8k implant and other services that I hadn’t scheduled for. I can’t type out all of the minor details because it would be a pamphlet’s of typing out, not worth my time.

Went in for a cleaning/inspection. First issue was that they made me come BACK 3 days later for the cleaning (which was very inconvenient, and not something I've ever had to do before.) Then they said because of how they billed my insurance (in a way where they get more money of course) I would have to pay a $100 Deductible despite the cleaning being the EXACT same as a normal cleaning, which Insurance would cover in full. Then they kept trying to upsell me on some laser cleaning nonsense as well as trying to nickel and dime me by trying to charge me for fluoride and things. THEN they tried coming back a month later and saying I owed $200 MORE for xrays, which I told them I wouldn't be paying. It's clear this company is just a dental chop shop where they just try to cram as many people in as possible, and bill them in a way where they they can extract every last penny possible. The fact that that I had to pay $100 for a NORMAL cleaning, despite it being covered by insurance is outrageous. Avoid this place at all cost.
