I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Swigert was amazing to work with. He took the time to explain explain why we were doing certain things and then personally called after the surgery to confirm recovery was going well. All of the staff were kind courtesy and amazing to work with start to finish.
The experience was so much more positive than I could have ever imagined! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the doctor amazing. The work was professionally done and I couldn't have asked for more! Admittedly, my BP was a bit elevated but I can assure everyone the folks there had nothing to do with that! I would definitely recommend River Rock for anyone needing any of the services they offer!
I had oral surgery at River Rock Oral surgery in Lake Havasu. The staff was professional and treated me promptly and with care. Dr Swigert was great. He answered all my questions and was caring and compassionate. Later that day, he personally called me to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. Excellent experience.
The oral surgeon was extremely kind and had a great sense of humor. Encouraging for me to not give up. All the things I was looking for in this particular painful situation. I recommend him and his business to anyone in need of an oral surgeon. His staff was kind and understanding and his assistances were on point. Love all of you and I feel 100% plus better.
Highly recommend. The staff were very calming and friendly. Surgeon had great bedside manner. Explained things throughly. We called after hours when we had a concern. The nurse was helpful and did not dismiss our concerns but put us at ease that all was on track. Refreshing to have a great experience from a local healthcare professional.
