⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic experience at River Valley Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office is clean, modern, and runs right on time, which I really appreciate. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines top-notch care with a friendly, stress-free environment, I can’t recommend River Valley Dentistry highly enough!

Dr. Myers is a great Dentist! Hygienist are thorough and I don’t get a lecture about my flossing 🤪. I’ve had excellent interactions with the front counter staff as well. Helpfully with receipts for picky FSA accounts and very friendly!

After experiencing a dental emergency and not having a local dentist, Dr. Myers and his excellent staff were able to schedule a same-day appointment including full exam to diagnose the issue. The office staff is welcoming and made the experience as stress-free as possible. Many thanks!

Dental hygienist Kirsty, and Dentist Dr. Javadi, are both so wonderful, that I want to keep this secret to myself! I've had nightmare experiences with dentistry in the past, and Kirsty and Dr. Javadi are so kind and so thorough that I no longer dread dental visits. I feel assured that I'm in good hands. So thankful for their expertise and kindness!

I initially purchased the annual in-house service plan at this dental office, which I was told would cover X-rays, two cleanings, and other basic dental services for the year. My first cleaning under this plan went smoothly, and I appreciated the convenience of having everything paid upfront. However, during my second cleaning, when I presented my dental insurance, I was surprised to learn that the office would only honor either the in-house plan or the insurance, not both. Once they entered my insurance information into their system, they informed me that I now owed additional money because my insurance only covers 60 percent. They refunded $44 based on what the first cleaning would have cost without the in-house plan but then charged me $91, no longer honoring the original plan I had paid for in full. While the dental care itself was professional and the staff were friendly, the billing practice and sudden change in honoring the prepaid plan felt unfair and confusing. I recommend future patients ask for clear, written details about how using insurance affects in-house plans before committing to payment.
