I made an appointment as a new patient for a cleaning. When I showed up every one was pleasant enough. Then I was told the dentist would take a look but I would have to make another appointment and come back again for the cleaning. I was kind of shocked and upset. I just wanted to get it done with. The assistant brought the dentist in to talk to me. He said that's the way we do things here. Then he said I wasn't a good fit for them and asked me to find another dentist. I'm thinking they do it that way so they can bill insurance for two visits.
A great clinic that’s been around a long time in Yakima. My most recent visit was timely, informative and helped me in deciding what my next step for dental procedures needs to be. Dental visits aren’t always fun but it is definitely aided by having everything explained in a digestible way. Kind folks working there made my visit enjoyable as well. Thank you! I’ll be back soon!
I recently visited Riverbend Dental Office for a procedure, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Hanchett is highly skilled and professional. He took the time to explain all the details related to the procedure. There was no confusion throughout the entire process. I never felt uncomfortable or experienced any pain. The staff is very welcoming, and the office is clean, modern, and well-equipped. I was initially afraid of scheduling because I’ve had horrific experiences with my dental work in the past (not here tho!). However, I am so glad to have scheduled at this location! The provider and workers were all super friendly. They really know how to make you feel comfortable. I love the bedside manner, which means so much more than I could ever say. I truly appreciate the approach in how they do things in this clinic. Already have a couple of appointments lined up and luckily, there was a cancellation to get me in sooner too! Thank you for working with my work schedule!!
My first visit was great! I had moved from another state and they were able to get access to info from my previous dentist. They did an indepth exam and discussed/assessd my dental health. I am scheduled for a cleaning soon and then will be put on a regular rotation for exam and cleaning. The office coordinated with my dental coverage smoothly. The office equipment was state of the art. The doctors and staff were all super friendly, personable and upbeat. A definite 5 stars!
