They confirm insurance coverage before any treatment, so costs are clear upfront. They fit me in on short notice, scheduled a follow-up right away, and the cleaning was the gentlest I’ve had. Small, efficient staff and a boutique office feel with modern equipment and streamline processes. My mother-in-law, a longtime hygienist now in dental education, recommended them—I’ll keep coming back as long as I’m in Portland.
I have been a patient here for about a year and have consistently arrived at my appointments on time. For the first time, I missed one, and instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, they immediately charged me a $65 cancellation fee. I had mentioned in my previous call that I might need to cancel or reschedule, but they never followed up or confirmed with me. It’s very disappointing to be treated this way after being a committed and reliable patient. This lack of compassion and rigid policy in a first-time situation suggests that they prioritize money over patient care. Unfortunately, this will be my last experience with this office.
