I can’t say enough wonderful things about Riverside Dental! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by the genuinely friendly and warm front desk team. They are very organized and made scheduling effortless. Dr. Johnson was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. The hygienists were equally amazing. They were gentle and very attentive. The entire appointment felt efficient but never hurried. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a dental team that combines expertise, compassion, and top-notch service then this is the place to go.
We had a great experience today at Riverside Dental. We booked appointments for myself, my husband, and my two kids all at the same time. They let me bring my baby in a stroller into the office while I was getting my teeth cleaned, they were kind to my kids and made them feel relaxed while they cleaned their teeth, and they were great about letting me know how the kids were doing while I was getting my own teeth finished up. The technicians, Dentist, and office staff were all kind and professional. Our last visit, my husband and I had to get some cavities worked on and they were careful and efficient with us. I had to get one cavity filled and was done in about half an hour. My husband had to get three cavities filled and was still done in less than an hour. We only have good things to say about them! Also, my kids loved getting a new toothbrush and choosing from the prize box for being good patients. We’ve chosen them as our regular dentist's office for our family and we’ve never had any reason to change our minds!
I brought my 4 year old grandson to see Dr. Jorgensen. The entire office & dental staff were amazing with him. Explained & showed him everything they were doing. He loved watching Bluey with headphones while they cleaned his teeth. Highly recommend to anyone with Littles. I like them for me too. Lol "Look, no cavities!"
As is the norm, everyone was friendly and very competent.There is alwys an air of welcome to the patients and exceptional treatment of the highest order. I always feel welcome and the care is first rate. Of exceptional note was Savannah, whose competency and care is the very best ever.
Kind and flexible staff, awesome with kids, and worth driving from Afton to see them. They did my Invisalign process from start to finish and everything went smoothly. They use text message notifications which I love, and online pre-appointment registration. They will refer out for larger children's procedures, but overall they are fantastic with my kids for general visits, crown placement, etc.
