I had my first appointment at Riverside Dental today and I was very pleased. Definitely the most gentle cleaning I've ever had, and the dentist was friendly, professional, and thorough. They worked efficiently with my previous out-of-town dentist to acquire my previous x-rays. It was very easy and quick to get started with this dental practice. Also, the whole facility is beautiful and staff were all so pleasant. I'm very impressed!
My daughter was pretty nervous today, Dentist and Hygienist took the time to relax Ava before the filling took place. Billed insurance no issues. Was told up front what insurance was not going to pay for before today's visit. Took years of work to get Ava comfortable at the dentist. We relocated from Oklahoma City and so far have been very happy at Riverside Dental.
First time taking my daughter there and supposedly i missed an appointment for her which I never scheduled. Now I owe $75 for an appointment I did not schedule. Great service, but a late fee for absolutely nothing is a bit ridiculous.
I was in for teeth cleaning .. I forgot the gal's name. She was so very nice, respectable & cordial also Friendly💓 DR. SARAH CHECKED ON ME & AS ALWAYS CONCERNED ABOUT A TOOTH THAT NEEDS A ROOT CANNAL. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH AS HOW I AM TREATED, AND JUST HOW FAR DR SARAH & STAFF WILL HELP ME... ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE TO FIGHT WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY ‼️ THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME❣️❣️ THANK YOU💓
Riverside has such great service. I called with a semi-emergency and they were able to get me in right away and came up with a plan to move forward in 10 minutes. Thanks so much
